Ingredients
For Pasta:
  • 3 cups Kolson Shell Macaroni boiled
  • 2 Red pepper (soaked and ground)
  • 4 tbsp Ketchup
  • 3 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • 1 Onion cut into cubes
  • 1 Capsicum cut into cubes
  • 1 Tomato cut into cubes
  • 1 Carrot cut in thin slices
  • 1 tsp Salt leveled
  • ½ tsp red pepper Crushed
For Tarka:
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic crushed
  • 20 Curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp White cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Onion seeds
Cooking Method
  1. Heat oil in a wok, saute  garlic in it for 30 seconds.

  2. Add curry leaves, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and onion seeds. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.

  3. Add red chilies , tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce, red pepper salt and all the chopped vegetables. 

  4. Toss to coat evenly. 
  5. Now add boiled Kolson shell macaroni and stir well. 


  6. Dish it out. The delicious shell is ready to serve. Enjoy!
