Ingredients
- 1 packet chicken fries
- 2-3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2-3 tbsp red chili sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Green chili paste
- 1 tsp White cumin
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- ½ cup Sesame seeds
- 1 cup Corn flour
- Oil for frying
Cooking Method

In a bowl, add soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, green chili paste, white cumin, salt and egg.

Mix well and prepare a smooth batter.

Then dip the chicken fries in the prepared batter and coat with sesame seeds and corn flour.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

Fry the chicken fries for 10-12 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.

Sesame Fried are ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions
Serve hot with ketchup or chili sauce.
