Ingredients
  • 500 gm boiled chickpeas
  • 250 gm boiled potatoes peeled & cut into cubes
  • 4 green chilies finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet and sour dip
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chat masala
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp red pepper crushed
  • 1 tsp salt
Cooking Method
  1. Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir well.
  3. Garnish with coriander leaves and sliced onions.
  4. Sprinkle Chat masala over it.
  5. Aloo Chana Chaat is ready to serve. Enjoy!
