Ingredients
  • 1 kg Chicken Wings
  • ½ kg Potatoes
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 4 Green Chilies
  • 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • 50 gm Butter
  • ½ cup Tomato Paste
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 4-5 tbsp Oil
Cooking Method
  1. In a bowl, marinate chicken wings with salt, black pepper, lemon juice, tomato paste, and ginger-garlic paste.
  2. Place wings, potatoes, tomatoes, and green chilies on a baking tray.
  3. Pour melted butter and oil over the ingredients.
  4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
