Ingredients
  • ½ kg whole beef slices
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter as needed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 5-6 tbsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp mustard paste
  • 1 tsp crushed black pepper for sauce
  • 2 carrots grated
  • 14-15 large bread slices
  • 2-3 tomatoes sliced
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 2-3 cucumbers sliced
  • Oil for frying
  • 3 cups water
Cooking Method
Prepare the Beef:
  1. Score the beef slices with a knife. Insert garlic cloves into the scores.
  2. In a bowl, combine vinegar, black pepper, and salt. Rub the mixture into the beef, roll tightly, and tie with thread. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Cook the Beef:
  1. Place the beef in a pot with 3 cups of water. Cook for 3-4 hours, turning occasionally, until tender.
  2. Brush the cooked beef with butter and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
Prepare the Sauce:
  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, mustard paste, black pepper, and grated carrots.
Assemble the Sandwich:
  1. Toast the bread slices on a grill pan. Spread the sauce on a toasted bread slice.
  2. Layer the baked beef slices, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and lettuce leaves. Place another toasted bread slice on top.
  3. Cut into Halves. Serve with French Fries.
