 This simple and foolproof Bhature Recipe by Samina Jalil, will make super soft, crispy and perfectly puffed up Bhature every time. A treat to be served with cholay, achar and salad.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Plain Flour
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 pinch of baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 4 tbsp Yogurt
Cooking Method
  1. In a bowl, mix together add all the given ingredients.
  2. Now knead a smooth dough, apply some oil to the dough and leave it 3 to 4 hours till rise.
  3. Now make small balls and roll it with the help of roiling pin.
  4. Heat oil in a deep pan or wok over medium heat.
  5. Fry bhature in heat oil for 2-3 minutes then take it out from the oil.
  6. Bhature are ready to serve
Serving Suggestions

Serve with cholay, achar and salad.
