Ingredients
  • 1 cup Chicken boiled and shredded
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 Green Chilies chopped
  • 4 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 Spring onion finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp Sweet Corn
To Make The White Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard powder
  • 4 tbsp Cheddar Cheese:
  • Samosa Patti: As needed
Cooking Method
To Prepare the White sauce.
  1. Combine chicken, coriander, green chilies, spring onion, sweet corn and white sauce.
To Prepare the Box Patties:
  1. Fill in samosa patti and shape into boxes.
  2. Deep fry until golden brown.
  3. Serve hot.
