Ingredients
For Dough:
  • ½ kg flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp yeast
  • Oil as required
For Filling:
  • 1//2 kg chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 4 Whole red chilies
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
For the Topping
  • 2 cups Pizza sauce
  • 4 tbsp Chili sauce
  • 2 capsicums
  • 10 olives
  • 1 packet cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp Crushed red chilies
Cooking Method
  1. To prepare the dough, combine together the flour, egg, salt, yeast and oil.
  2. For the filling, in a food processor pulse together mince chicken, onion, red whole chilies, cumin, salt, garlic cloves, soy sauce.
  3. Take into a mixing bowl.
  4. Shape into small sized balls.
  5. For the topping divide the dough into two equal portions.
  6. Grease an oven proof dish.
  7. Roll one half of the dough lengthwise and set on the base of the dish.
  8. Spread the pizza sauce over it.
  9. Top with capsicum, chili garlic sauce and olives.
  10. Place the chicken dumplings on top.
  11. Cover with the second rolled out pizza dough.
  12. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese, oregano, crushed red chilies and bake at 180 C in a preheated oven, for 30 minutes.
  13. Bubble Pizza is ready to serve.
