Ingredients
250gm Unsalted butter
250gm Caster sugar
4– 5 Eggs
2tspVanilla essence
250gm Flour
2tspBaking powder
79mlMilk
Cooking Method
Beat the butter and add sugar, salt and vanilla.
Add the eggs, one at a time.
Sift in the flour and baking powder alternating with the milk and do not over mix.
Pour batter in a greased and lined Tin.
Bake at 180 degrees C for 35 – 40 minutes, until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Rotate the pan once halfway through the baking time.
