In a mixing bowl, combine together the mince, chopped onion, corn flour, cumin seeds, salt, ginger garlic paste, pomegranate seeds, coriander seeds, egg and red chili powder.

Mix until well combined.

Shape into round Kababs.

Now heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Shallow fry Kabab for 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked well.

To make Chutney, In a blender put together green chilies, garlic cloves, tamarind pulp, coriander leaves, mint leaves and cumin seeds.

Blend well.

Mix half of blended mixture in 1 cup yogurt.

Set aside.

To Assemble the burgers, Cut buns into halves.

Toast with oil as required.

Spread some Chutney on one side of bun.

Put one kabab, top with onion rings, sliced tomato and sliced cucumber.

Pour some yogurt Chutney and now put other part of bun on top.

Delicious Chapli Kabab Burgers are reafy to serve.
