Ingredients
500gm Chicken mince
1tspGinger garlic paste
2Bread slices
1tspSalt
½tspblack pepper
½tspMustard powder
1tbspWooster sauce
½cupchopped Onion
6green chilieschopped
2tbspcoriander leaveschopped
12-15cubes Mozzarella cheese
Dry flour as required to roll the balls
2Eggslightly beaten
Bread crumbs as required to roll
2tbspSesame seeds to add in bread crumbs
Cooking Method
In a chopper, add mince with all the ingredients except flour, cheese, egg and bread crumbs.
Process until well combined.
Take it out in a bowl.
Divide mixture into small balls.
Take one ball on hand, flatten it then stuff with cheese cubes.
Shape into ball then roll in flour.
Dip in egg then coat with bread crumbs.
Repeat this will all remaining ingredients.
Deep fry the chicken cheese on medium low flame until crispy and golden.
