Ingredients
2cupsChickencubed
1packet Elbow pastaboiled
2tbspCrushed chili
3Green chilisliced
3Tomato chopped
5tbspTomato paste
1tspSalt
1tbspGarlicchopped
1medium Onion chopped
1tbspGinger chopped
6tbspOil
1tbspLemon juice
1tspOregano
Cooking Method
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry garlic ,ginger and onions for few minutes then add chicken cubes.
Cook another 5 minutes then add oregano, tomato, tomato paste ,lemon juice.
Season with salt and crushed chilies.
Add 2 cups of water and cook bring to boil for 15 minutes.
