This Chicken Red curry recipe by Chef Rida Aftab is so easy to make at home! It's much tastier than takeout and healthier, too. Do try it!
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Saute ginger garlic in it. Now add chicken and cook it on high flame.
Now add tomatoes , turmeric , roasted cumin and onion seed. Cover the pan and cook 15 minutes or until is tender and all water dries up.
Now add tomato ketchup , green chilies , lemon juice.
Add food color and salt then dish it out and garnish with coriander and green chilies . Chicken Red Curry is ready to serve.
Serve hot with Fried Rice.
