Ingredients
  • 1 kg Boneless chicken cubes
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • ½ cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Garam masala
  • Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. In one bowl, whisk together egg and milk.

  2. In a separate bowl, combine together the flour, bread crumbs, curry powder, salt and garam masala.
  3. Dip chicken cubes one by one in the egg and then coat into the flour/bread crumb mixture to coat completely.
  4. Transfer to plate.
  5. Now heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  6. Fry breaded chicken cubes for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Remove from the oil and take it out in a serving platter.
  8. While still hot, sprinkle with a little more salt.
  9. Chicken Tenders are ready to serve.
