Ingredients
2Chicken breast
1pieceof Ginger
1Potato
1Carrot
1Spring onioncut into strips
1Egg
3Big Green chilieschopped
1/2Capsicumchopped
½bunch Parsley chopped
¼cupOil
1tbspSesame seeds
1tbspLemon juice
½tspBlack pepper
2tbspCorn flour
2tbspFlour
Salt to taste
Cooking Method
Cut potato, carrot, ginger, capsicum, spring onion, parsley, green chilies and chicken breasts into thin slices.
Mix with salt, black pepper, lemon juice, flour, sesame seeds, egg and corn flour.
Mix until well combined.
Now heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add in a spoonful of mixture and shallow fry the Bouquets for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
