Ingredients
2Chicken breast
1tspblack peppercrushed
2tbspLemon juice
Salt to taste
1tspred peppercrushed
½cupFlour
3-4tbspOil
1cupBoiled chickpeas
250gm Yogurt
3tbspTahini sauce
Salt to taste
¼cupOlive oil
¼tspBlack pepper powder
2pinchof Chili powder
Cooking Method
Cut chicken breast into thin layers.
Marinate with salt, lemon juice, red pepper and black pepper.
Now coat marinated chicken with dry flour.
Shallow fry from both sides for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
In a blender, combine together the boiled peas, yogurt, tahini sauce, black pepper, salt, and olive oil.
Now put chicken in a serving platter.
Drizzle 3 tbsp prepared Humus sauce in a side.
Sprinkle with a few drops of olive oil and a pinch of red chili powder.
