Ingredients
  • 500 gm Chicken Mince
  • 1 bunch Coriander Leaves
  • 20 gm Ginger
  • 20 gm Garlic
  • 20 gm Malir Mirch
  • 10 gm Black Pepper ground
  • 10 gm White Pepper ground
  • 40 gm Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 40 gm Flour
  • Salt as required
  • one packet Wonton Wrappers
  • Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Add ginger, garlic, and rest of the spices in chicken mince and grind all together.
  2. Add finely chopped coriander leaves, 2 tbsp soy sauce, salt and cheese.
  3. Use flour paste to seal this filling inside the wonton wrap and deep fry.
  4. Serve hot.
