Marinate chicken wings with salt, chili powder, red pepper, orange color, all spice, coriander, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, vinegar, corn flour, egg for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Deep fry chicken wings for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked thorough.
Remove from the oil and dish it out in a serving platter. Serve hot with fries.
