Place chocolate and fresh cream in a pan.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until chocolate melts.

Crush chocolate biscuits then add melted butter.

Mix until well combined.

Spread this mixture in a loose bottom pan.

Bake for 10 minutes then remove from the oven.

Dissolve gelatin powder in water.

Cook dissolve gelatin with egg yolks.

Then add caster sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes or until smooth.

Remove from the heat and let it cool.

When cool completely add curd cheese and lemon juice.

Beat well.

Now add dissolved gelatin mixture.

Then fold in whipped cream.

Beat egg whites then stir with remaining sugar.

Spread mixture on the biscuit base.

Place in a refrigerator and chill for 2 hours.

Top with chocolate icing and butter icing.

Chocolate Cheesecake is ready to serve.
