Finely chop pineapples and keep aside.

Remove cake from oven, cut into 2 halves.

Spread each with sugar syrup.

Spread one piece with a little red syrup.

Then spread chopped pine apples.

Cover with the other half, coat every side with whipped cream.

Garnish with red syrup.

Sprinkle with desiccated coconut.

Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
