Ingredients
  • 2 Chicken breast
  • 1 cup Pineapple cubes
  • 1 Cucumber cubed
  • 3 tbsp Sweet corn
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
Cooking Method
  1. Cut chicken to cubes and boil for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  2. Let it cool.
  3. In a bowl, add chicken, pineapple cubes, cucumber, sweet corn.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Season with salt and white pepper.
