Corn flour

Chat masala powder

Oil for fry

Salt to taste

Peel potatoes and cut lengthwise into 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick slices.

Place corn flour and salt in a mixing bowl.

Add potatoes and toss to coat evenly.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

Deep fry potatoes until crispy and golden.

Take it out in a serving platter and sprinkle chat masala over it.

Crispy Fries are ready to serve.
