Ingredients
  • 500 gm Boneless chicken cut into medium-thick strips
  • 1 cup Corn flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Chat masala to sprinkle
  • Cooking oil for deep frying
Cooking Method
Marinate the Chicken:
  1. In a bowl, combine the boneless chicken strips with corn flour, salt, crushed red pepper, sesame seeds, eggs, and lemon juice.
  2. Mix very well, ensuring all the chicken pieces are thoroughly coated. Important: Do not add any water. The moisture from the eggs and lemon juice will be sufficient.
Deep Fry:
  1. Heat cooking oil in a deep frying pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Once the oil is hot, carefully pick up the marinated chicken strips and gently place them into the hot oil.
  3. Fry until the chicken turns golden brown and is cooked through.
  4. Remove the fried chicken from the oil and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Season and Serve:
  1. Immediately sprinkle chat masala over the fried chicken strips.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy!
