Preheat the oven to 150 degree C.

In a bowl, cream butter with caster sugar.

Then add eggs, plain flour.

Beat for an other minute with an electric beater.

Now stir in vanilla essence.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp plain flour on chopped mangoes.

Now fold into the prepared mixture.

Add almonds, raisins and walnuts.

Stir well.

Lightly grease a baking tray with oil or cooking spray.

Place the mixture in the baking tray.

Sprinkle cinnamon powder over it.

Place baking tray in the preheated oven.

Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick insert into the center comes out clean.

Let it cool for 10 minutes on wire rack.

Then cut into bars.Fruit and Nut Bars are ready to serve.
