In a small bowl, mix together the lemon juice and achar gosht masala.

Cut green chilies and stuffed masala in it.

Heat oil or ghee in a pan or wok over medium heat.

Cook onion till soft or transparent.

Now add chicken, ginger garlic paste and cook for 5 minutes.

Add remaining achar ghost masala and yogurt mix well.

Add 1 cup of water cover and cook until all water dries up.

Add tomatoes and cook on high flame until chicken is done.

When oil separate add spiced chilies and cook for 10 minute on low flame.

Add lemon juice to enhance the flavor.

Apply tarka on curry leaves and whole red chilies.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Hyderabadi Achaar Gosht is ready to serve.
