vanilla ice cream

Dissolve pineapple jelly and gelatin in boiling water.

Let it cool for 40 minutes or until set.

Cut pineapple slices into tiny pieces.

Place pineapple in a serving bowl.

Spread pineapple pieces over it.

Then add ice cream.

Chill for 4-6 hours or until set.

Top with fresh cream, cherries and pineapple slices.
