Ingredients
½kgChicken mince
a little Meat tenderizer
2tbspChili powder
2tbspPomegranate seeds
8–10 Green chilies
¼bunch Coriander leaves
4Onion
1inchpiece Ginger
1Lemon
Salt to taste
1tbspall spice powder
Oil for fry
Cooking Method
In a mixing bowl, combine together the chicken mince, meat tenderizer, red chili powder, pomegranate seeds, chopped green chilies, coriander leaves, onion, minced ginger, all spice powder, salt and lemon juice.
Now make small kababs from it.
Shallow fry kababs for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
