Ingredients
  • 500 gm Cauliflower
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 inch piece of Ginger
  • 2-3 cloves Garlic
  • 2-3 Green chilies
  • 1 medium Onion
  • ½ cup Boiled Peas
  • 3 Tomatoes boiled
  • 1 tbsp Chili powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp Allspice powder
  • 125 gm Khoya
  • ¼ bunch Coriander leaves
  • 125 gm Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Oil
Cooking Method
  1. Cut florets of the cauliflower and blanch in boiling water.
  2. Blend together ginger, garlic, green chilies, onion and boiled tomatoes.
  3. Blend well with ½ cup of water to a fine paste.
  4. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
  5. Add in the blended paste and cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Now add yogurt, salt, chili powder, turmeric, all spice powder and water.
  7. Cover and cook for 10 -12 minutes or until gravy is thickened.
  8. Then remove the lid, add in blanched cauliflower, boiled peas, coriander leaves and khoya.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Take it out in a serving dish.
  11. Malai Gobhi is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve hot with Roti, Naan, or Paratha.
