Cut florets of the cauliflower and blanch in boiling water.

Blend together ginger, garlic, green chilies, onion and boiled tomatoes.

Blend well with ½ cup of water to a fine paste.

Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.

Add in the blended paste and cook on high heat for 2-3 minutes.

Now add yogurt, salt, chili powder, turmeric, all spice powder and water.

Cover and cook for 10 -12 minutes or until gravy is thickened.

Then remove the lid, add in blanched cauliflower, boiled peas, coriander leaves and khoya.

Mix well.

Take it out in a serving dish.
