Try this Meat Roll recipe by Zubaida Tariq, whether make it for tea as snack or for dinner as starter or appetizer. Both will be great to impress your guests. These undercut roll are wrapped with manda patti, would be great to serve with garlic dip and ketchup.

Oil for frying

Spring roll strips as required

Hammer beef undercut.

Marinate beef with lemon juice, black pepper, red chili flakes, ginger garlic paste, raw papaya paste, Bihari kebab masala and salt.

Keep aside for 30 minutes.

Heat little oil in a deep pan over medium heat.

Fry beef slices for 15-20 minutes or until meat is tender.

Wrap beef slice with spring roll strips.

Seal with egg white.

Now heat oil in adeep wok over medium high heat.

Fry meat rolls for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
