Ingredients
  • 200 gm Butter
  • 200 gm Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 100 gm All-Purpose Flour
  • 100 gm Rice Flour
  • 8 gm Baking Powder
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Mixed Dried Fruits As required
Cooking Method
  1. Prepare the pan and arrange chopped dried fruits.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time.
  4. Combine dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients.
  5. Stir in honey.
  6. Pour batter over fruits and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
  7. Cool and serve.
