Ingredients
- 1 kg mutton
- 250 gm fat
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp red chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Lemon juice as required
Cooking Method

Marinate meat with ginger garlic paste, crushed red chilies, turmeric powder and salt.

Leave it for 30 minutes.

Now place marinated mutton and fat in a pan.

Cook on low flame for 1-1/2 hour or until meat is tender.

Dish it out.

Drizzle lemon juice over it.

Garnish with lemon wedges and green chilies.
