Ingredients
To prepare Dough:
  • ½ kg Flour
  • 1 ½ tbsp Yeast
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Salt to taste
To Prepare the Chicken:
  • 500 gm boneless Chicken
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper crushed
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • Salt to taste
For Topping:
  • ½ cup Pizza Sauce
  • 400 gm Mozzarella Cheese grated
  • 2 Tomato sliced
  • 1 Capsicum sliced
  • ½ cup Mushroom sliced
  • ½ cup Green Olives sliced
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tbsp Butter
Cooking Method
To Prepare the Dough:
  1. Dissolve yeast in Luke warm water and add sugar.
  2. Mix it well and keep it for 15 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add flour, salt and baking powder.
  4. Add yeast mixture and knead dough and set aside for 2 hours or until it rise.
  5. Punch the dough with your hand.
  6. Roll it; pizza dough is ready.
To Prepare the Chicken:
  1. Marinate chicken with crushed black pepper, garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder and salt.
  2. Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken 10-15 minutes or until chicken is cooked thorough.
  3. Take it out in a plate and set aside.
To Assemble The Pizza:
  1. Grease the pan with 2 tbsp butter.
  2. Toast the pizza dough from the either side in the pan.
  3. Spread the sauce on the dough; put chicken mixture, 2 tomatoes, 1 capsicum, ½ cup mushrooms on the dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese from the top.
  4. In the end, sprinkle green olives and oregano.
  5. Keep the pan on a very low flame.
  6. Heat the other pan and as soon as it heats up put it on the pizza pan and cover it. Repeat the procedure of covering the pizza with a hot pan till the cheese settles.
  7. Once the cheese is melted dish it out and cut into slices.
  8. Delicious Pizza Without Oven is ready to serve.
