Pizzeta Square Recipe by Shireen Anwar is an easy appetizer idea you can prepare just in few minutes and have it ready by the time guests arrive. It looks quite impressive and appetizing and takes no more than 20 minutes to have it ready to go in the oven.

Ingredients
  • 250 gm puff pastry
  • 1 capsicum cut into cubes
  • 4 mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 4 olives thinly sliced
  • 4 tbsp pizza sauce
  • 2 tbsp chopped onions
  • 2 tbsp  Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
Cooking Method
  1. Preheat oven to 200 degree C.
  2. Roll the puff pastry into 10 inch square.
  3. Place pastry square on a baking tray.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over it.
  5. Top with onions, capsicum, mushrooms and olives.
  6. Sprinkle oregano and grated cheese over it.
  7. Place baking tray in the preheated oven.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until crispy and light golden.
  9. Then cut into small squares.
  10. Pizzeta Square is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions

Serve with Chili Garlic Sauce.
