Ingredients
For Marination:
300gm Boneless fish
3-4Garlic Cloves
1tspBlack pepper
1tspChili powder
½tspTurmeric
½Lemon
1tspSalt
1tspCornflour
For Coating:
4tbspCorn flour
1Beaten egg
1-1/2cupBread crumbs
1tspBlack pepper
Oil for frying
Cooking Method
Cut fish in small cubes.
Marinate fish with garlic, black pepper, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, and lemon juice for 15 min.
Add 1 tsp of corn flour into the marinated fish and mix well.
Add 1 tsp black pepper in bread crumbs.
Beat 1 egg.
Dip fish first in egg then in bread crumbs.
Dip again in eggs, bread crumbs.
Fry for 4 to 5 min until golden brown. Remove from oil and drain.
