Ingredients
For Marination:
  • 300 gm Boneless fish
  • 3-4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ Lemon
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Cornflour
For Coating:
  • 4 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 Beaten egg
  • 1-1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Cut fish in small cubes.
  2. Marinate fish with garlic, black pepper, red chili powder, turmeric, salt, and lemon juice for 15 min.
  3. Add 1 tsp of corn flour into the marinated fish and mix well.
  4. Add 1 tsp black pepper in bread crumbs.
  5. Beat 1 egg.
  6. Dip fish first in egg then in bread crumbs.
  7. Dip again in eggs, bread crumbs.
  8. Fry for 4 to 5 min until golden brown. Remove from oil and drain.

  9. Serve hot.
