Ingredients
  • 500 gm Boneless chicken breasts cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup Potato chips crushed and make smooth crumbs
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
Cooking Method
  1. Preheat oven to 210 degree C.
  2. Sauté garlic in butter for just 1-2 min until pleasant smell starts to come then remove it from pan.
  3. Add black pepper to the crumbled potato chips and mix well.
  4. Spread aluminum foil over the baking dish.
  5. Dip each chicken slice in butter garlic mixture.
  6. Coat chicken pieces with the crumbled potato chips from both sides.
  7. Then place them over the foil.
  8. Bake chicken for just 15 minutes or until tender and nicely golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven.
  10. Transfer into a serving platter.
  11. Delicious Potato Chips Chicken is ready to serve.
