Ingredients
For the Potatoes:
½kgBoiled potatoesmashed
1-½tspRoasted and crushed cumin
1tspSalt
1tspChat masala
1tspred peppercrushed
2tbspCoriander leaveschopped
1tbspMint leaveschopped
2Green chilieschopped
For the Chicken:
2Boneless chicken breasts
1cupWater
1tspAll spice
1tspSalt
2Green chilieschopped
1tspred peppercrushed
1tspGinger garlic paste
1Egglightly beaten
1cupBread crumbs
Cooking Method
Boil the chicken with all the ingredients until tender and dry. Shred the chicken well.
Mix all the ingredients for the potatoes in the mashed potatoes.
Mix the shredded chicken with the potato mixture.
Make kebabs and coat in beaten egg and then bread crumbs.
Deep fry the kebabs until crispy and golden brown.
