A popular Pakistani street food, is a flavorful and satisfying dish that's perfect for any occasion. This Pakistani-style kebab is made with tender chicken, flavorful spices, and crispy bread crumbs, all wrapped up in a delicious potato coating.

Ingredients
For the Potatoes:
  • ½ kg Boiled potatoes mashed
  • 1-½ tsp Roasted and crushed cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chat masala
  • 1 tsp red pepper crushed
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp Mint leaves chopped
  • 2 Green chilies chopped
For the Chicken:
  • 2 Boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tsp All spice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Green chilies chopped
  • 1 tsp red pepper crushed
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 Egg lightly beaten
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
Cooking Method
  1. Boil the chicken with all the ingredients until tender and dry. Shred the chicken well.
  2. Mix all the ingredients for the potatoes in the mashed potatoes.
  3. Mix the shredded chicken with the potato mixture.
  4. Make kebabs and coat in beaten egg and then bread crumbs.
  5. Deep fry the kebabs until crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper.
  7. Resha Kabab is ready to serve.
