Pour milk in a pan. Bring to a boil then add 1/2 cup of sugar. keep stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Now stir in the yellow color, kewra essence, cardamom powder, khoya, fresh cream, condensed milk, almond, walnuts and pistachios.
Pour in ice cream (qulfi) )molds and freeze for 4-6 hours or until set. Now remove Qulfi's from molds.
