Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish.

Add salt, black pepper, mustard, garlic and oil.

Mix well.

Marinate for 30 minutes.

Now heat a grill pan over medium high heat.

Place marinated chicken on it.

Cook on both side for 5 minutes or until chicken is tender.

Then add Worcester sauce, demi glace powder and water.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until sauce is thickened.

Take it out in a sizzler dish.
