Dry roast whole ingredients of mandi masala for 2-3 minutes then grind them and make powdered spices.

Mix mandi masala in yogurt.

Then add onion, whole garlic and tomatoes then saute it.

Fry chicken pieces in 2 tbsp clarified butter.

Heat clarified butter and fry onion in it and adds mandi masala.

Add stock with lemon and boil for 10 minutes.

Now add rice and salt to taste.
