Ingredients
  • 2 cups white chickpeas boiled
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 250 gm boneless chicken boiled & shredded
  • 2 eggs hard boiled
  • 1 spring onion finely chopped
  • 1 to mato finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard paste
  • 1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Cooking Method
  1. In a bowl, add chicken, lemon juice, yogurt, cream, chili sauce, mustard paste, black pepper, salt and oil.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Take out in a serving bowl.
  4. Then add boiled chickpeas, tomato and spring onion.
  5. Top with boiled eggs.
  6. Spicy Ceaser Salad is ready to serve.
