In a shallow bowl, mix together vinegar, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garlic paste and salt.

Put fish fillets in this paste.Toss well.

Marinate fish for at least 30 minutes.Heat oil in a shallow pan or a griddle.

Fry fish on each side for 6-8 minutes or until cooked thorough.

Take it out in a serving dish.

Garnish with salad leaves and lemon wedges.

Tawa Fish is ready to serve.ENJOY!
