Ingredients
1packet Maggie Hamara noodles
1cupChickenBoneless
1-2Lemons
1tspGinger garlic paste
1tspSugar
2tspCurry paste
½tspSalt
2tbspOil/clarified butter
4-5tbspCoconut Milk
Cooking Method
Saute ginger garlic paste in oil or clarified butter.
Add in curry paste and salt.
Mix everything together.
Add in boneless chicken in the prepared masala and cook it on a low flame for 8-10 minutes.
When the chicken tenders add in coconut along maggie noodles taste enhancer and sugar.
Cook and stir well for 1-2 minutes.
Separately boil 1 packet hamara Maggie noodles in 3-4 cup boiling water for around 5-6 minutes.
Dish the boiled noodles in the serving dish spread the prepared chicken mixture over it.
