Ingredients
  • 8 ounce spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsps Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 1-1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Chopped peanuts as required
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Lemon wedges as required
Cooking Method
  1. Boil spaghetti in a pot then drain and keep aside.
  2. Add the peanut butter, sweet chili sauce and apple cider vinegar in a small sauce pan.
  3. Heat up on low heat, stir and mix well.
  4. In a bowl, toss the spaghetti with the peanut sauce.
  5. Top with the peanuts.
  6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
  7. Thai Sweet Chili Noodles are ready to serve.
  8. Serve immediately.
