Ingredients
1whole Chickenwith skin
2tbspGinger garlic paste
1Potato
1Capsicum
1Onion
1medium piece Ginger
1Carrot
¼pieceCauliflower
1Spring onion
2tbspHoney
1tspOregano
1tbspMustard paste
½tspCinnamon powder
100gm Raisin
½tspBlack pepper
½tspWhite pepper
Salt to taste
¼cupOil
Cooking Method
Cut all vegetables into into small cubes.
Marinate whole chicken with ginger garlic paste, honey, oregano, mustard paste, cinnamon powder, black pepper, white pepper and salt.
Stuff the marinated chicken with all the chopped vegetables and raisin.
Brush a little oil on chicken.
Roast on 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked from inside and golden brown from top.
Remove from the oven and dish it out,
