In a bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, boiled peas, chopped carrot, chopped capsicum, chopped green chilies, chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves and chopped cabbage.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Mix until well combined.

Divide mixture into four equal portions and shape them into round patties,

keep aside.

Beat together eggs, flour, corn flour and ½ tsp black pepper.

Also add in 2 tbsp oil and mix well.

Dip each patty in prepared batter and coat with flour.

Shallow fry for 3-4 minutes on each side or until crisy and golden brown.

Now spread mayonnaise on one side of bun.

Toast buns on a griddle.

Pot an ice berg leaves on it.

Now put vegetable patties on top.

Cover with the other half.
