Ingredients
  • 6 chicken wings
  • 1 egg lightly beaten
  • 1/2 chicken cube
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Place chicken wings in a bowl.
  2. Add paprika, chicken cube, egg salt and black pepper.
  3. Cover and marinate for 1 hour.
  4. Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
  5. Leave it for 10 minutes or until yeast is rise.
  6. Now add garlic powder, salt, corn flour and plain flour.
  7. Mix well and make a smooth paste.
  8. Dip chicken wings in it.
  9. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry chicken wings for 6-8 minutes or until golden.
  10. Remove from the and drain on kitchen paper.
  11. Wicked Wings are ready to serve.
