Ingredients
  • ½ kg White flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Clarified butter ghee
  • Oil for frying as required
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • ½ tsp Green cardamoms
  • ½ tsp Saffron
Cooking Method
  1. Prepare saffron milk with milk, sugar, cardamom, and saffron. Cool.
  2. Mix flour, salt, and ghee.
  3. Knead with saffron milk to form a dough.
  4. Roll into small puris.
  5. Fry until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot.
