Dum ka keema is a Pakistani dish and a great tasting one at that! The mince is cooked with aromatic spices and herbs, and then is smoked to give it this intense mouth watering flavour. Ingredients
- 1 kg Beef mince
- 5 tbsp Raw papaya
- 4 tbsp White cumin roasted and crushed
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste heaped
- 2 tsp Salt
- 4 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1-½ tsp All spice
- ½ cup Brown onion crushed
- ½ cup Yogurt
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 cups Ghee
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- 4 Green chilies chopped
- 2 tbsp Ginger Julian
- 2 Fresh lemon
Cooking Method

Chop mince in the food processor thrice.

Put all the above ingredients Raw papaya, White cumin, Ginger garlic paste, Salt, red pepper, All spice, Brown onion, Yogurt, Lemon juice and mix well

Marinate for 4 hours, just before cooking, mix ghee in the mince.

Give smoke of coal.

Cook on low flame for 45 minutes or till water dries up and mince is tender.

Remove from the flame.

Garnish with julienne ginger, coriander leaves, green chilies, lemon wedges.

Dum Ka Keema is ready to serve.
