  • 1/2 kg Khoya
  • 9 Eggs
  • 250 gm Pistachios crushed in chopper
  • 250 gm Almonds crushed
  • 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
  • ½ tsp Jayfil ground
  • ½ tsp Javitri ground
  • 2 ½ cups Ghee
  • 2 ½ cups Sugar ground
  • 1/2 tsp Saffron
  • 1/2 cup cup milk
Cooking Method
  1. Heat a pan on medium flame. Add khoya and keep stirring till its melt.
  2. Cook for 2 minutes or until it becomes thin.
  3. Then add sugar, keep stirring till sugar melts about 10 min.
  4. Add in ghee keep stirring continuously start adding in beaten eggs, very gradually and keep stirring on very low flame.
  5. Then add saffron mix with milk keep stirring all the time.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until ghee comes on top.
  7. Sprinkle green cardamom powder, jayfil , javtri powder, almond and pistachio over it.
  8. Stir well and dish it out.
  9. Delicious Anday Ka Halwa is ready to serve.
