Quick, Crunchy and delicious snack made of keema or mined meat. These bite sized pakoras are extremely addictive and great for evening snack or appetizer. Do try this Keema Puff Pakora Recipe By Shireen Anwar. Goes great with mint chutney.

  • 3 eggs lightly beaten 2 green
  • 250 gm mince
  • chilies chopped
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp chat masala
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil for frying
Cooking Method
  1. Place flour in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add baking powder and eggs.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add 1-2 tbsp of water and make a smooth paste.
  5. Add mince, green chilies, coriander leaves, chili powder, turmeric and salt.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Keep aside for 1 hour,
  8. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  9. Drop a few spoon full of batter at a time.
  10. Fry Pakoras for 10 minutes or until crispy and brown.
  11. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towel.
  12. Sprinkle chaat Masala.
  13. Keema Puff Pakora is ready to serve. ENJOY!!
